Hi,

you can create one, open System Settings > Hardware > Keyboard > Shortcuts > Custom Shortcuts > Click on the plus (+) sign and type System Monitor in "Name" and the command is: gnome-system-monitor and give it (press the keys) the shortcut keys "Alt + m".

That will open Gnome System Monitor if that is what you want?.

I also found out you can see it with System Tools - System Monitor - Resources What Wolfman referred to but was already installed at least in my 6.4 LTS.
