Installing ZorinOS 7

Right now I have ZorinOS 7 installed in VMware Player.
I would like to do it without using VM, but I don't want dual boot either.

Is there another way, so that I can have both Zorin and Win 7 Home premium side by side?
I asked this question because I read the following from Zorin website http://zorin-os.com/tour.html..........
excerpt: Flexibility
Zorin OS gives you more flexibility. It allows you to use Zorin OS alongside your current operating system. While you install Zorin OS to your computer you have the option to keep your current operating system alongside Zorin OS and choose which one to load on start-up.

Here are my specs:

Sorry this means dual boot.

Thank you.
I have great trepidation in "messing" with partitions.

Would you please give me a detail tutorial on dual booting ZorinOS 7 and Win 7 ?
I have never done dual booting before.
