[SOLVED] Chrome update borks extensions in incognito mode

The update of Google Chrome to Version 31.0.1650.48 yesterday made my extensions stop working in incognito mode. Worked fine before the update. The extensions are Adblock Plus, Ghostery, and HTTPS Everywhere. All extensions are enabled to "Allow in Incognito" mode. I have deleted and reinstalled the extensions. I have tried the "Delete This User" button to delete and recreate the profile but nothing works.

The extensions work fine in normal browsing mode but not in incognito.

Thanks

Not sure on this but if you are in incognito mode then nothing should be tracking you? (Oh forgot, you are using Google Chrome! )

No offence but if you value your privacy use Opera instead, or better still Ice Weasel or Ice Cat.

I was able to fix the extension problem by deleting the files in~/.config/google-chrome/ folder and restarting Chrome. I had to setup my preferences and reinstall the extensions.
