[SOLVED] No Volume Control

Today I've tried to install a software called Linux Sampler, but it may have conflicted with other package called linuxsampler and overwritten that. I've lost some softwares, and before re-installation I've had to remove linuxsampler and also a libjack package (I think it was libjack0-i386) and the problem was solved. But now I have no way to control the volume by the upper panel in GNOME 3 or [Fn] + (↑ ↓), only by alsamixer in the terminal. What sould I do?

[UPDATE] Apparently PulseAudio was removed too, I've re-installed it just now
[UPDATE] Re-installation has solved the issue.
