donated for ultimate and 7zip file locked

Hi there, i have donated for the download of Zorin ultimate version 7.1 and have not received any password to unlock the 7zip file which is around 3.7gb, please send the password so i can burn the disk. have checked my emails and the spam folder but nothing yet.

firstly that is something you need to take up with the devs directly as the mods have no influence on this matter:

Second, support for Zorin 7 runs out in a few days and you should wait and ask them for a link for Zorin 8!.

Hi, thanks for the reply i will contact them hope they will sort it out for me and get me Zorin 8 ultimate when its released instead of 7 as you said support will run out for it.
