how to make transparent the right panel of awn in zorin 8

Hello
Im new to zorin os and i would like to ask how to make transparent the right panel of awn in zorin os 8.As right panel i mean the part where are the time, the sound settings etc.

Meaning it really can't be done with the indicator 3 applet itself.
Would be nice if the new dev that took over the project could do something about that issue.

Alternatively you could install Cairo-Dock with OpenGL - then move AWN to another part of the desktop and set it to autohide.

To install Cairo-Dock open a terminal (Ctrl+ Alt+ T) and enter:

My video on keybinding the super key gives you an idea of what it looks like - you can of course change this to look like a panel and tweak how it looks in the configurator of Cairo-Dock.

If you open compiz settings manager and activate " opacify " and " Opacify,Brightness and saturation " you can push " Alt" and then scroll up and down. But It makes the icons transparent too.
