dark theme

ok so i love the dark theme but you cant read things in the software center and some other programs... how do i fix this? its so annoying and i'm sure its a simple thing i just cant find anything ...

Hi PhutureX - it is something I commented on in the feedback section of the RC of 8. I am at work so not sat at Zorin - please be patient for one of the other mods - in the mean time you could look at:

Menu | System Tools | Preferences | Tweak Tool

nope still cant see stuff in say, software center (not the main opining screen but like after you search) unless you click to highlight and use the up/down keys....

Hi,

this is sadly the case with several themes in Ubuntu, I like the "Gnomish" set but they fail to show certain details with the newer versions of Ubuntu, try this theme set instead which has quite a few options for darker themes:
