Hi guys,

I noticed recently that every time I update applications I have multiple warnings (like the one below) before any updates will be done.
Never seen it before. Not quite sure how to understand it also. Why would there be any problem with perl5 associated with each and every install ?
Also - I noticed that my processor is heating up much more (normally it was around 55C) and now it doesn't go down from 61C - 63C often heating up
to 71C ore more under load. Not sure if this is connected or not ?

- Do you have any thoughts on that ?

Hi birkopf,

try running the following terminal commands:

Code:: sudo dpkg --configure -a

followed by:

Code:: sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade -f

Then restart and see if the same thing happens.

So far, nothing happened but I will let you know how next update went (so no longer then 2-3 days)

It's laptop - HP Pavilion dv8 running 32 bit Zorin 6...

Interesting, I didn't monitor the temperature as such but when I had Zorin 6 Lite on an old notebook that ran exceedingly hot! LXLE warm but nowhere near as hot as Zorin!
