How can you snap to the desktop with multiple windows open? Using XP view, Zorin 8.

Hi jbb, and welcome to Zorin - to get 'show desktop' right-click on the AWN panel at the bottom, select Preferences, then choose the 'Applets' tab and add 'show desktop to the Panel:

Just to add to the panel, either click on the 'down' arrow to the left of the main Applets window or left-click 'show desktop' and drag to where you want it in the replication window of your panel layout.

The icon disappeared. Is the process you describe something I need to do each time I boot?
