I have version 7 64, I would like to upgrade to zorin 8 ultimate but unsure if all my programs, tv, games etc will be lost. I tried to contact help desk but it refuses my name, password and email despite initially paying through the same one 6 months ago.....
I can not find a way to get Zorin help desk to address this and fix it for me...any ideas please

You could also cover all bases and send a PM (Private Message) to AZorin and/or zorink. Premium support I believe only lasts for 90 days which is usually the defacto support period (I had the same period of support when I paid for SUSE 9.3 Professional!
