I want Zorin to have a windows 7 start orb and sounds and such. Could someone teach me how to change these things for my own personal use?

Hi and welcome to Zorin! Well there are a couple of problems with that!

1. M$ will have Copyright issues.
2. Zorin have modified GnoMenu to reflect their OS so difficult to do now.

You could try and search for themes on Gnome-look.org
