Hi, the original panel was AWN (Avant Window Navigator) but I seem to remember Wolfman pointing out that it is now Avant Window MANAGER.

First, lets move the Cairo-dock to the top of your desktop right click Cairo-dock main panel, go to the top of the visible menu which should say 'Cairo-Dock' at the top, then click on 'Configure'. On the interface that opens, select 'Behaviour' and change position from 'bottom' to 'top' then click on 'Apply'.

Second open a terminal (Ctrl+ Alt+ T) and enter:

Code:
avant-window-manager
and see if the panel appears. Once (if!) it does, right click the original Zorin Panel and select 'AWN Preferences' and on the window that opens, check mark, 'Start at login' or 'Launch' can't remember as not in Zorin at moment! :D

Keep us posted. :D
