Hi all,
i just installed zorin os 8. i put some shortcut into the desktop but after few minutes they disappeared.
sorry for my english, but is a bu and is there any solution?

d_borghi It does it to me every once in a while on ZOS8.
I just log-out...then log-in...problem goes away.
Never really worried to much about the problem, for it rarely ever happens.

mmmmhh, but the problem for me is that, this pc will be use by my children and without icons on the desktop they may not know how to play games...
one other thong if is it possible: how can i modify the default system operating into the grub???
tried sudo gedit /etc/default/grub but nothing changes.
