HI, I may be wrong but I think it updates to 12.04.3 (=Zorin 6.3). To get more information, open a terminal and enter:

Code:
cat /etc/issue

$ lsb-release -a
No command 'lsb-release' found, did you mean:
Command 'lsb_release' from package 'lsb-release' (main)
lsb-release: command not found

Well an indication would be in your GRUB menu - see what happens if you select the second menu option and what kernels it offers to boot into - this should give you some clue.

next silly question, where is the grub menu found

OK, GRUB (GRand Unified Bootloader) is the OS options menu you (should!) see at boot time - if yo choose the second menu item it should go to 'safe mode' and list all the kernels installed since first install (unless you have used 'autoremove' or 'bleach bit'! :D

Found this: http://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2014/02/ubun ... new-kernel so it may guide you as to where you are at - I can't view as it is laced with Google apis - I have Google on permanent block on my router! :twisted:
