Zorin crashes when switching users?

Alright so I've noticed something weird

When I go on the bottom right and you click the button that says your username, and you get a list of all the users; if I switch users that way, and go into another account that's not logged in, the screen will like bug out and I have to shut down my computer with a button. Any idea how to fix this?

Also how would I switch users without using the option on the bottom right?

I wonder if your install has got corrupted? I just tried that and have had no issue. If I click on 'Guest' it goes to 'Guest' immediately - then if I log out of 'Guest' I get my user login to get back to desktop. Have you created other users? I haven't done that as yet so can't replicate at present.
