First I would like to welcome you to Zorin. I have only been using this since Windows XP has stopped supporting.

I would like to have a little more information about the wireless card you are using. Please can you:
1. open Terminal. (Press the Control + Alt + T).
2. type:
sudo lshw
3. Copy and paste all what you see so then we can see what wifi card you are using.

From here we may be able to see what the issue is. Wolfman may have a better idea.

Hi,

do you mean you cannot open the web browser period, or do you mean you have the web browser working but no internet connection?.

Open a terminal and paste the following command using a normal network cable:

Code:
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade -f

Restart your PC after doing the update!.

Do you have "Enable Networking" and "Enable Wireless" switched on in the network manager icon in the taskbar?.
