I've been using Zorin OS 6.2 for almost a year now and it's been wonderful. But a little while ago there was a network manager update, and after I rebooted the computer I cannot connect to the internet (wired connection). I've rebooted a couple more times, rebooted our router, but nothing works. The other computers in the house with other Linux distros work just fine, so I'm thinking it has to be that darn update! Can I roll back the NM update somehow?

I booted from the Zorin OS Live CD and no network connection. Only then did I think to check the ethernet connection, and it was slightly loose! Internet works fine now! I swear, I have not touched anything since before my connection stopped working. I can't imagine how it came loose, but now I know to always check the hardware first.
Thanks for the response. Should I mark this 'Solved'?
