Hi all,
I have a Dlink-825 router with a USB port on the unit (for as an example a printer). I am not sure if Linux can work with this router but i was hopping someone out there can share some light on my issue. I tried to use the "Wine" program to install the PC software but got an error. The PC software from Dlink is called "shareport" which works quite well on PC but unfortunately it did not seem to work in wine. Hope someone can help. I would like to print through my router if possible.

I don't quite understand what is the problem.
Do you have a problem with your wireless? (Can you connect wirelessly?)
Do you have a problem printing wirelessly?

What is this router software you are trying to install? You can enter the settings of the router by using your browser and connecting to its web-interface.

Hi, I know what you are after, I have an Asus with USB port and in Windows have to set it as 'LPR' Printer, with the Port named 'LPRPrintServer' - please wait till I get home tonight and I will confirm settings for Zorin as I have it working! :D

I'm wondering if it is a Shareport issue - even causing issues a few years back?:
