root password

" incorrect password" I see this if i try install printer driver. Only this time my password dont work. What is wrong?

have you set a root password? I believe (please someone correct me if I am mistaken) when installing Zorin, you do not need to set a root password.

If memory serves me right, I did set a root password by opening a terminal and typing:

sudo passwd root

Try and set your password and then try to login as root again and see if you are more successful.
