Is there a User's Manual

I did a search on your forum site in hopes that somewhere someone said there is a user's guide/instruction manual available. I never did see the question actually answered.
Don't get me wrong I love forums. There are just times when I prefer to use a manual.
So is there one available?
If not, which would be the closer one to being a guide? Ubuntu or Linux?
