When you say 2 are the same, do you mean that Linux is listed twice, one is normal mode, the other is for recovery mode which is normal!!. The other option is for Win7 which is also normal!!.

try disabling the fingerprint login and see if that helps you, you may simply have too many processes running at boot level for your PC!!!???.
