Re: VGA setting on Zorin OS 8 on an A7N8X-E by ASUS

I have installed Zorin OS 8 on an A7N8X-E by ASUS and all I get for my display is VGA settings. I have an ASUS V3800 (32 MB) AGP Graphic Card.
Q: How do I get 1024 x 768 Resolution?
Q: Do I need the driver for Linux and if I do, how do I install it?

Hi,

paste the following command in a terminal (Ctrl + Alt + t) to get feedback on your VGA compatiable card:

Code:
lspci

HI, I see from my investigations you have an nVidai Riva TNT2 M64 chipset on that graphics and I fear it is not supported having read this:

Give LXLE or AVLinux a try and see if they work better for you - but absolutely, NO GUARANTEES!
