[SOLVED] Voice to search

Hello
Since installing Zorin 8 to my pendrive, Google's voice to search does not respond to my voice. Is there a check box I should be enabling or....?

I am not sure but I think I solved this by going to sounds and testing the speakers which were positive. After that, voice to search in Google worked. Thank you
