I have used every sudo command I can find and one almost installed Zorin 8 but failed at the end. One site said i have to install the repository whatever that is.
I am running Zorin 8 on a pen-drive 16 GB and over Win 8.1.

Could someone give me an av program for Zorin 8 and how to install it, as Clam seems not to intall?

Hi to be able to install any application to a distro on a pen drive needs to be one created with 'persistence' - that is all apps and data stay intact after booting down.

You must make sure you install the GUI (Graphical User Interface) for ClamAV otherwise unless you are Grand Master of the terminal, you won't find it!.

Terminal command for clamav with GUI:

Code:
sudo apt-get install clamtk

For some reason, I was browsing and found Clam although it said it failed. It seems to be functioning fine with updates and scanning..
