Browser Install

I installed Zorin lite to a flash drive and using it on a Dell Inspirion laptop. Chrome is the browser packed but I want to install Firefox. When I click on the install I get a window with an error. No explanation listed. Tried to install Opera, same thing, error window. Any suggestions?

Hi Mike,

are you running it as a live system; or a fully installed system, if it is not fully installed, it won't add software!!.

I'm running it as live "persistent" with 2.5 gigs on flash drive for saving changes etc. Perhaps I've misunderstood the capabilities of running Zorin on a flash drive. All other changes / additions that I've done have been saved back to the flash drive and are there when I reboot or start again from shutdown. So, other than changes, I can't install any software if I'm using live USB flash drive with persistent save??
