Try Zorin OS 6.4 Core 32-bit firstly...if nothing lags with speed or video playback.
Stick with that until Zorin OS 9 comes online.
If the feels a little to heavy for ya...then you might need the [ Lite ] version.
It's all up to you...but I wouldn't venture to a 64-bit in your present setup.

Hi,

your graphics card should only use the onboard drivers as it is fairly old but is still supported, don't try and install any ATI/AMD drivers for uit!.
