Is this for your mail client on Zorin or the email you registered with on the forum that you are wanting to change?

set up a new account or edit your exsisting account with your current Email provider!.

I would think this would be a bit safer/easier for ya.
Changing one's profile/email will cause the account to be deactivated... then one has to grow through a reactivation process.
Why I would suggest you check into that route firstly.
No need for problems.... if they can be prevented beforehand.
Note :
If you want to do this yourself...it can be accomplished by :
User Control Panel > Profile > Edit Account Settings
