Trying to install my Epson xp-400 printer. When I add a printer, it is recognized ahd locates the driver. After I autthenticate the download it hangs while installing the driver. I can't even cancel the installation. Can only re-boot.

The link about adding a printer led to the solution which basically was that the drivers needed to be downloaded to the desktop and then opened with Software Center. Then the installation went smoothly.
