Hello,

Newbie to Zorin (and Linux in general). Lovin' this distro and have managed to set it up how I like, except I can't get open windows to display text next to the icons...

I'd like it so the 2 open applications display the corresponding text next to them, "Chrome" and "Terminal".

I've searched the options, and searched the forum and cannot find anything relating to this, if anyone could assist please.

Thanks,
Ferret.

Hi, not sure if this is possible in the default Zorin DE - but if you install Cairo-Dock you will get what you want! :D

I thought that may be the case, as I cannot find anything relating to text labels anywhere :(

I did find that switching to the XP theme, it does have text labels but I much prefer the Win 7 theme - Think I'll just learn to live with it
