How do I get Zorin 7 OS using Ubuntu 13.04 to hotsync a Sony Clie?

Scroll down to Sony and look at the Comments column far right for more information - just wondering if anything would fair better if you used Claws Mail instead of Evolution and check what 'plugins' Claws Mail has.
