As I cannot react on the locked topic concerning 9RC here is my question:

Tried to make an Live install via "opstartschijf aanmaken". I do not know the English name for it, but with this program I alwys make my live USB's. But this does not work. tried it several times with different downloads from the 32 bit RC

Do I need to use Unetbootin for Linux for making live USB from the 9RC?

I do not use Win anymore.

Found the answer: Yes!
It works fine and after some play I installed it next to Mint 17 XFCE on the eee of my wife.

Facinating good and good response on the eee.

Hi frits, glad you are sorted! I use MultiSystem 3 myself:

Unfortunately I could not run the 64 bit Live USB on my Vivobook. It started and the logo appeared and then the screen went black with a initfram message. The 32 bit works fine and I installed it now in dualboot with Ubuntu Gnome 14.04.
