Need help with installation

Ok I'm a noob just letting everyone know this,
This is the second time I have installed zorin os 8.1 core onto a laptop, the first time was smooth, no problem.
But I recently bought a different laptop it's an old emachine model and I wanted to install zorin os. So I did all the necessary procedures such as downloading the iso and making a bootable usb drive, so I turned the laptop off, went into bios and booted it via usb BUT it's giving me this

I have no clue what to do, please help!

Sounds like it is sticking - that message is what usually appears before booting arises - is there no way of burning an .iso? By the way, Zorin 8/8.1 is end of life in 4 days! Either install 9 RC (this is a Beta) or drop back to Zorin 6 until 9 Final is out - Zorin 6 is supported til April 2017, Zorin 9, April 2019 (when it is released).
