Cannot launch some apps from the right panel

Hi. I cannot launch Skype, dropbox and Edit connections from the right panel. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't.
Look at video from the attachment.
Sometimes Zorin OS 9 Ultimate works very slow and the apps are freezing.
What should I do?

Hi, the forum has not got the capacity to host videos - can you upload to YouTube, Vimeo or Veoh?
