 I have tried to download the download for Zoren 9 LTS Premium and have Problem it is corrupt because Windows OS needs to be reinstalled and is not allowing ( possibly Bit Defender) me to use ether Chrome or Firefox any way I have been pulling my hair out. I intend to do a clean install, no dual boot, fed up with Wincrap. I am fed up even with the best maintence software and security software it always slows down and eventually have to do a clean reinstall. My problem is I do not think at the moment that I am confident enough to download and install the new Zorin 9 ultimate. I have a copy Zorin 8 64 bit if I download that onto a formatted hard drive and the purchase a Zorin 9 Ultimate 64 bit DVD, the only trouble with that I cannot see anywhere I can purchase a disc as the ones at Zorin and online retailors only the standard OS. Any help on this matter would be gratefully received

The impression I get is that your Windows machine is corrupted somehow or you're having difficulties downloading the ISO.

What I would suggest is that you find a clean computer (doesn't matter what operating system), download the ISO, burn it to a DVD, then simply boot up your Windows machine with the DVD in the tray. Zorin will prompt you to either run off the DVD or install the OS, after that, there are very few prompts.

I did this on my Windows 8 machine and it worked right off the bat...it was easier to get up and running than when I installed Windows 8. Didn't need to install drivers or anything. Detected my wireless card immediately. Hope this helps.

I would suggest that if you are not ready to do a full install, you should try installing the OS in virtual box.

I would Start by installing Virtualbox
https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Download

Then Download the ISO file you need.
http://zorin-os.com/free.htm

Burn it to a disk.

Then you should be able to start the install from the Virtual machine on Boot, and by using a live disk you know your disk will be good before you actually install.

Hope this help!
