Ultimate DVD delivery

I'm still waiting for my Ultimate DVD to arrive. I have emailed os@zoringroup.com to find out what the delay is but got no reply.

The timeline:

04/08/2014 Paid for DVD
04/08/2014 received email from os@zoringroup.com asking me to confirm postal address.
04/08/2014 replied to email
09/08/2014 emailed 04/08/2014 to ask when it would be sent

No answer

Is there another way to contact?
