How to view videos on Zorin OS 8

I get an error message "internal data flow" when I try to view my videos.

What do I need to install to correct this issue?

Hi, please take a look at this post from ubuntu forum - it is pointing to the same version of ubuntu that Zorin 9 is built on 14.04 = Trusty (Tahr):
