Hi all :D ,

I am a newbie in the Zorin OS world, so please have patience with me.
I am looking to backup my OS just in case there is something that will go wrong with the OS. Are there any alternatives beside Ubuntu One? I know that Ubuntu One exists no more, so I would like to use something like Ubuntu One to backup my files. I know sites like 4Shared and FireDrive that gives you some storage space for you personal files. I don't know how secure are these sites, so I need some advice regarding these and alternatives.
How can I change the location for the backup? Please, show me step by step.
Also I would like to apologize if the post is not in the right place and ask the admin to move this for in the right place.

Thank you,
Sersson

I personally use dropbox because it works very nicely with linux (especially the windows client).

As long as you upload files onto a cloud, nothing is 100% safe.
The only way to be 100% safe is to create your own server and use owncloud...

Or buy a 2 TB Buffalo Storage (external Hard Drive) - that is what I do - just back up my '/home' folder ensuring all hidden files are shown first (Ctrl+ H) :D
