Software Updater Logs

I ran Software Updater turned on Details so I could see what was happening. As the messages scrolled by I noticed that several errors occured but I was unable to copy/paste them for later reference. Oddly, I have been unable to located a log file for this. I've found log files that show the packages that were installed successfully but nothing that tells me what didn't install.

I know I could always rerun update & upgrade from the command line but I figured that with all the logging that goes on this information must be saved somewhere.

Any suggestions?
