In Zorin OS 9, when I click the "Other Software" tab, I notice BOLDED pairings of software in which the second of the pair contains the word "Source Code" in parentheses.

For example:

Independent
Independent (Source Code)

I'm still new to the Zorin OS, but I want to keep my system updated. For these "Other Software" pairings, do I need to have both boxes checked, or only the box that DOES NOT contain the word "(Source Code)"? Does this also apply to the other tabs in Software & Updates?
