Multi-screen problem

Hello guys,
i'm new on Zorin OS but not on linux, i'm trying to set my external monitor as primary screen, and even moving in the configurations the tiny bar to the external, my Zorin bar stay on the LAPTOP SCREEN.

What can i do to change this?

Hi, do the FN keys that would do this in Windows work at all or has Fn keys not work in Zorin? Can you provide detailed spec of your machine please? Thanks!
