no room on boot

Hi I need a little help, new to zorin. I need to add updates but it tells ne I need more room on /boot. I have tried apt-get -q -y -f autoremove, and clean
but still short of room what can I do. Thanks for any help you can give.

Hi Thanks for the help I seem to have cleaned up some room for now

It would help if you could upload a screenshot of your partitions using 'GParted' and 'Screenshot'.
