HOW and with WHAT can I clean my ssd ?????

I have a Samsung 840 serie SSD, witch I only have my Zorin Altimate runing from.
I have deleted all the aplications I`am not intersted in and also keept the updateing going.
Now the "update" teels me I don`t have enough space on my SSD drive.
I have runed the "sudo apt-get clean" through my AMD Terminal but no use......
What do I do ??????
And where and how do I get a cleaner for a SSD disk ???????

Hi, try installing Ubuntu Tweak from www.ubuntu-tweak.com and run janitor if you can. If not enough room open a terminal and enter:

to do some initial 'housekeeping'.
