desktop screen problem is that virus problem or program.

i'm new in linux zorin, i use zorin last 2 weak but now i have an issue at my desktop screen. i can't see any option at right down side menu bar. please help me. it that any virus or it's any cracked os problem. i attached a snapshort with this massege. thank you..

I think this is your problem.
Hard to know without screenshot !!!!
GoTo > [ Z ] Menu > System Tools > Preference > CompizConfig Settings > Effects

And make sure [ Windows Decorations ] is [ Checked ] like in the screenshot below !!
