computer keeps locking up

Good morning just installed zorin yesterday and i love the OS.I am having a problem with computer locking up nothing responds including the mouse.i ust have to turn off computer and let it reboot. it seems like it happens most when i am playing a video like something on you tube.
any info someone may have would be very helpful.
