[SOLVED] How do I change regional eg keyboard in 9.0 Lite?

9.0 lite has installed with US instead of UK keyboard. I keep reading how I should go to System Settings > Regional, but neither under Preferences or System Tools is there System Settings or Regional. There are keyboard-related tweaks, but they don't seem to actually change the keyboard. Looks like its a tiny bit too lite!

OK, its Menu | Preferences | Language Support :D

Nope! Well, my question was ambiguous. This setting does some regional settings, but it does not change the keyboard layout.
