In the installer of zorin os 9 it is saying "Failed to unmount partitions the installer needs to commit changes to partition tables but cannot do so on the following mount points could not be unmounted: /cdrom/media/live/1TB\ExternalExternal/media/live/Root\ VolumeVolume Please close any applications using these mount points. Would you like the installer to unmount these partitions again?" i can press Go Back, Continue, and the close button but it doesn't do anything the window stays when i press anything. I have unmounted the partitions it said that it failed to unmount but that also did nothing can someone help me?

This sounds like an external drive issue - can you disconnect whilst you install? It's what I always do! ;)
