Change Start Up screen background color

Is there a way to change the Baby Blue Background on the Zorin 9 start-upscreen. I'd really like to use the Cobalt Blue like here on the forum.

Not sure if present in Core, but in Ultimate there is a 'splash screen manager' under Syste Tools - not worked how to use this yet as you need to download themes methinks from such places as 'gnome-look.org'. ;)
