Adobe Reader

When I got ready to install Adobe Reader from Adobe's web site, there was nothing available for Linux even though it had been listed not so long ago [you can get Reader for virtually any version of Windows or Mac and for Android].

A quick Google search turned up this article:

http://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2014/10/adob ... ed-website

(A link for a *.deb package is at the bottom of the article)

Packages for other distros are available from Adobe's FTP repository:
ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/un ... 9.5.5/enu/

Hi,

the reason it isn't listed is because the Linux Version is no longer supported by Adobe!.

Evince and Okular are the best Options!.

Or if you are desparate to run Adobe's Bloatware you could try installing the windows version under WINE. ;)
