[SOLVED] How to upgrade from 8 to 9 without re-installing

Hi everyone,

I'm new to Zorin os as well as this forums. I just installed Zorin 8 and updated packages and applications required, By visiting the website I came to know that Zorin 9 is already released, I want to upgrade to 9 without getting in hassle to set everything again. Is there any way through which I can do that?
apt-get upgrade or anything?

Sorry if it is already posted, I already searched the forums but couldn't find relevant topic.
