Cant unminimize programs

Hello

I am using Zorin OS 9 on my laptop, a Lenovo G510.
When I click the hide all/ show desktop button it works good the first time. Minimized programs can be unminimized again.
When I click hide all again the programs can't be restored. I have to kill the processes.
I have this problem both in the Gnome desktop look and in the Windows 7 desktop look.

Is this a known bug?

It might be an unknown bug if you have not modified the panel with GnoMenu - Zorin are trying to make AWN work how they want to - see if my tutorial alternative helps - I did not have a problem until after I installed updates to my alternative method:
